Christmas Day in Malibu, CA was quite a day. I was told for the first time in a long time you could see Catalina Island across the ocean.

I almost didn't bring my camera with me cause I was feeling down. Sometimes I forget I just need to do me for a moment and immerse myself into what makes me happy. As we left the restaurant I quickly ran down to snap a few shots of the pier from below. Something I've always seen and wanted to try out. Maybe it was the ocean,  light or a moment to myself I found my center and let whatever was bugging me go.
