And so it begins
A self portrait can be so many things. You could go the route of the ever forsaken selfie. Use a mirror and create a physical representation of yourself. Or dig deeper and create a portrait of who you are.... a glimpse into your soul. I wanted to explore/represent my currently is preoccupying my mind.
Ever since moving to NYC, it's been a constant fight to become the architect I dream of. With every job, I get a step closer to what that is. I came across "L" in a dumpster in Soho and knew I had to have it.
I love that "L" is little dirty with that city grime but with every step I'll brush the dust off and go forward. In the end standing tall in the beautiful city that so many love to hate and hate to love.
